BLS DVD Set:
- Updated to reflect new science in the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR & ECC
- Each disc allows BLS Instructors to choose one of two tracks, in-facility or prehospital, based on their specific student audience
BLS Digital Video (THIS PRODUCT IS NON-RETURNABLE):
- Updated to reflect new science in the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR & ECC
- Videos can be streamed online with an internet connection or downloaded on up to 3 devices
- The digital format of the BLS Course Video features the same content as the BLS DVD
The AHA BLS courses trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Content includes adult, child, and infant rescue techniques. BLS courses also teaches relief of choking. BLS teaches skills using the AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching technique, which allows Instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ acquisition of skills. The course uses a recommended ratio of 6 students to 2 manikins to 1 instructor.
