NSPF has become PHTA

The National Swimming Pool Foundation has merged with the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals to form a new joint organization the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). The PHTA will now be issuing the Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certifications. Not to worry though your current CPO certifications will remain valid but new certifications will soon be issued digitally so you can easily share links to your CPO certification.
