Edit/Resend eCards

For students that never received an eCard, there is a way for the LEAD Instructor to resend the eCard as well as edit student information.

*If an eCard is already claimed it cannot be resent, the student can use the following link to find their missing eCard.

To resend an eCard(s):

  1. Log into AHA Atlas.
  2. Once in your profile, confirm you’re in the Dashboard tab. On your dashboard, below “Quick Links”, click on eCards.
  3. Select Manage eCards menu at the top of the page and select Search eCards.
  4. A: Select LifeForce USA Inc. as your Training Center. B: The additional Search menu will now appear. You can search for an eCard by entering information into any field. (Please note that you CAN NOT search using a First Name alone, information must be entered into an additional field.)
  5. Instructors can resend eCards that have not yet been claimed by clicking the Resend button. Upon clicking, you’re given the option to send the eCard to a different email address if needed. If a name is spelled incorrectly, click the pencil in the Edit column to change it. (Always Resend a card if the student’s name is changed.)
