This course by the American Heart Association is a CPR certification course designed for those with a “duty to act,” including Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, EMT’s Police, Fire and Lifeguards. This course includes a textbook and 2-year AHA BLS Provider certification.
BLS from AHA offers the advantages of: ~ Content representing the latest resuscitation science for improved patient
outcomes ~ Realistic scenarios, simulations, and animations depicting rescuers, teams, and patients ~ Course and
content flexibility for AHA Instructors and students, including adaptability to local protocols.
Due to the recommendations from the CDC and State of NJ, wearing a mask is now optional. To provide a safe environment, if you are not feeling well, have any signs or symptoms of a COVID-19, have a fever, or other respiratory issues, you will not be allowed to attend the skill session, and will be rescheduled to the next available date that fits your schedule. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or higher, you will not be allowed into the training room and not allowed to take the course for that day, and will be rescheduled.
